RETURNS

Thank you for supporting our small, locally-owned business. We are OVER THE MOON that you chose to shop with us. 

We hope you'll love your Moonbeam goods so much that you'll want to keep them forever, but we understand that sometimes things need to be returned.

We accept unworn items for a full refund within 14 days of the date you receive your order and store credit or exchange within 30 days. Email us at moonbeamteam@gmail.com to inform us of your reasoning for a return. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment once we've received the return. It will take 5-7 business days to show in your account. If you are exchanging for store credit, we will send you a code after we've received the return.

If items are damaged or worn, we will send them back to you and no refund will be issued.  

All clearance items, jewelry and hats are FINAL SALE.
